The net gains to the downside are smaller and smaller as can be seen by comparing the 3 different trading ranges. Sellers seem to be at risk of losing control to the buyers, as sellers seemingly, can’t move price lower & keep it lower.

Will They Confiscate Money From Bank Accounts In Greece - Like Cyprus?

ECB is up to its eyeballs swimming in unpayable Greek debt that it holds & has only 2 alternatives. It can push the €112 billion of Greek debt it holds to the national central banks of the Eurozone & on to the backs of the taxpayers in those countries. Or confiscate depositor money in Greece, like it did in Cyprus.

ECB Will Cut Rates To Minus 3%: JP Morgan

ECB is now close to running out of ammunition. Contrary to its initial design, the OMT programme could no longer be seen as unlimited. Draghi is already playing down Q€’s potential, noting that QE alone will not be sufficient to reignite eurozone growth. It seems the only option for the ECB would be to plunge further into NIRP-dom.
