Epic Rise in Silver Prices Unavoidable & Close-by Simply on this One Major Factor

JPMorgan’s accumulation is more bullish on silver than any other single consideration by a factor of 1,000. Given the clear evidence of the epic accumulation by JPMorgan of physical silver, it’s near impossible to rule out an upside surprise in silver prices at any moment. They didn’t spend the last seven years accumulating physical silver to sell it at anything but the highest price possible.

The Biggest Silver Haul in History

The big buyer is exploiting a loophole in the law that requires the Mint to produce to whatever the demand might be. So JPMorgan artificially depresses silver prices via short sales on the COMEX and then requests that the US Mint sell it all the Silver Eagles it can produce. JPM wants all the silver it can get its hands on.

The Inevitable Upcoming Silver Shortage

The combined demand from Indian silver imports, U.S. Silver Eagles and Royal Canadian Mint Silver Maple Leafs – i.e., the three largest sources of physical silver demand, aside from unreported Chinese imports – have increased by an astonishing 198%, tripling from 93 million ounces, 7 years ago, to an estimated 279 million ounces now.

Silver Eagle & Maple Leaf Record Sales: Five Times Larger Than 2007

Total sales of Silver Eagles & Maples were only 13,870,000 in 2007. In just 7 years, sales of these two top coins are 5 Times Larger at an estimated 71.5 million & now represent nearly 9% of global silver mine supply in 2014, compared to 2% in 2007. Silver Eagle sales for 2014 could be 43 million, while Silver Maples may reach 28.5 million.

The Silver Bull Is Alive and Quite Well

If the silver bull market was over, we wouldn’t see SLV holders refusing to sell (unlike in the major gold ETF- GLD), Indians buying record amounts of silver, and retail investors hoarding silver bullion at historic levels.
